This website

• No tracking. getagentadapt.com has no analytics, no advertising tags and no visitor cookies.
• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting (Railway) and our network provider (Cloudflare) process the IP address, browser details and pages of each request to deliver and protect the site. Their logs are kept for a short time under their own policies, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply and to help you later. We don’t add you to any list unless you ask.

The Agent Adapt plugin

• The plugin sends no data about your store or your customers to us, or to any analytics or advertising service.
• To check an agent’s identity, your store fetches the agent’s public metadata and signing keys from addresses the agent publishes. Those requests carry no cookies, credentials or customer data.
• What agents do at your store is recorded in your own database, for your own reports, and deleted after 90 days by default. You are the controller of that data; WordPress’s privacy tools and your own policy apply.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If you’re in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
