Questions
Is the free plugin limited?
No. There is no cap on agents, customers, sessions or orders, and nothing in the free plugin stops working after a trial. Pro adds features; it doesn’t unlock ones the free plugin holds back.
Does it need WooCommerce?
Yes: WooCommerce 10.0 or newer, WordPress 6.8 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer, on HTTPS at your domain’s root.
Can an agent spend my customers’ money?
No. An agent builds a cart and hands it back. The customer pays on your own checkout. In Pro, an agent can ask to cancel a paid order with a refund, and that needs the customer’s own approval of the exact terms. You can switch it off.
When can I buy Pro?
Soon. It’s built and tested; the store to sell it isn’t open yet. Write to [email protected] and we’ll tell you the day it opens.
What does a site count as?
One WordPress installation, on its own domain.
Do renewals go up?
No. A licence renews at the price you first paid for as long as you keep renewing.
