Getting help
Most problems with agent access come from hosting, not from the plugin, and Site Health finds them for you.
1. Run Site Health
In wp-admin, open Tools → Site Health. Agent Adapt checks HTTPS, a root install, permalinks, whether agents can reach your discovery documents, and whether your host passes the Authorization header. Each failing check says how to fix it.

The documentation covers setup, what customers see, and each Pro feature.
3. Write to us
Email [email protected] with your WordPress and WooCommerce versions and what Site Health says. Security issues go to security.
