For stores that want agents to do more than shop, and want to see what they do.
Approvals for changes (operations)
When an agent wants to change something, your store proposes it with exact terms. The customer approves that exact version, and the store acts once, however many times the agent asks.
- Cancel a paid order that hasn’t shipped, with a full refund. The customer must approve each one.
- Send you a return request for a completed order, as an order note and an email. Nothing is refunded until you decide.
- Change a saved billing or shipping address, with the customer’s approval each time
- If the terms change before the customer confirms, they’re asked again
Merchant policy
Decide what agents may do, on top of what each customer approves. Policy can only narrow access, and it applies on the agent’s next request.

- Cap a particular agent at view-only, or at signed-out shopping
- Allowlist mode: only agents you’ve approved

MCP server
Your store as tools for any assistant that speaks MCP, the protocol most AI assistants already use. The same rules apply as for the agent API.

- Touch payment methods, emails or account details.
- Send your store’s or your customers’ data to us.
