See and block agents Free
The WooCommerce → Agents screen: which agents have used your store, their sessions and orders, and how blocking and unblocking work.
Updated October 12, 2026
WooCommerce → Agents lists every personal agent that has started a visit (a Session) at your store, most recently seen first. You need the Manage WooCommerce capability to see it, which administrators and shop managers have.
What the table shows
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Agent | The name the agent publishes about itself |
| Client ID | The address the agent publishes its details at. This is how an agent is identified: an agent can’t use another agent’s address without its keys |
| Sessions (30 days) | Visits the agent started in the last 30 days |
| Orders (30 days) | Orders placed through the agent’s checkout links in the last 30 days |
| Last seen | When the agent last used your store |
| Status | Allowed or Blocked |
Blocking an agent
Press Block on the agent’s row. From its next request:
- it can’t start a new visit or sign a customer in;
- every call it makes to your store is refused, including calls for customers who had already connected it;
- if it has its own browser on your website, that browser is signed out of the agent’s visit.
Blocking doesn’t delete anything. Customers’ approvals stay in place but are refused while the agent is blocked.
Unblocking
Press Unblock. Approvals that haven’t expired work again, so customers don’t have to reconnect.
With Pro, unblocking an agent also takes it off your allowlist, if you use one. Tick it again in the policy panel if you want it there. See Merchant policy.
Agents you’ve never seen
An agent appears here the first time it starts a visit. There is nothing to approve in advance: any agent that proves its identity under the protocol can shop like a visitor. To accept only agents you choose, use Pro’s allowlist.
