Agent webhooks Pro

Send agent events to another system with WooCommerce webhooks: orders through agents, checkout links, sign-ins, sessions and operations.

Updated October 12, 2026

Agent Adapt Pro is opening soon. See pricing for early access.

Pro adds agent events to WooCommerce’s own webhooks, so they’re signed, queued, retried and logged exactly like WooCommerce’s order and product webhooks.

Setting one up

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks and press Add webhook.
  2. Choose one of the Agent: topics below, enter your delivery URL, and save.

Topics

Topic Fires when
Agent: order placed A customer places an order through an agent’s checkout link
Agent: cart handed to the customer An agent creates a checkout link
Agent: customer signed in A customer approves an agent on your store
Agent: Session started An agent starts a visit
Agent: operation finished An operation succeeds, fails or is cancelled
Agent: any event Anything an agent does

What’s in the payload

Every delivery is JSON with:

  • id, event and created_at;
  • agent: its client_id and name;
  • session_id, agent_user and, when signed in, customer_id;
  • channel, object_id, value, outcome and details.

Agent: order placed adds order, with its id, number, status, total and currency.

Verify deliveries with the X-WC-Webhook-Signature header and your webhook’s secret, as for any WooCommerce webhook.
