WooCommerce → Agent insights shows what personal agents did at your store. You need the View WooCommerce reports capability. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days.

The headline numbers

• Sessions, Agent users (and how many returned) and Sign-ins
• Orders through agents and Revenue through agents, with agents’ share of your store’s revenue
• Average order for agents and for the web, side by side
• Abandoned agent carts, as a percentage of agent carts

Revenue is net: order totals minus refunds, leaving out pending, failed and cancelled orders. The web figures count every other order the same way, so the two compare fairly.

Agent users are counted per agent. The same person using two agents counts twice, because agents don’t share who their users are.

By agent

For each agent: sessions, then how many went on to view a product, build a cart, hand it over and order, with revenue, average order and abandoned carts. This is where to see which agents bring you orders and where each one drops off.

Abandoned agent carts

A cart counts as abandoned when nothing more happened for 24 hours. They’re split by where they stopped:

• items added but never handed to the customer;
• handed over, but the link was never opened;
• opened, but no order;

with the value of the items in them.

Products

Your top 10 products viewed by agents, added to agent carts, and left in abandoned carts.

Where agents get stuck

The requests your store refused, by reason and action: an action that needs the customer to sign in, a permission the customer didn’t grant, or something your policy doesn’t allow. A spike here usually means agents want something your sign-in or policy settings don’t offer.

Day by day and downloads

A daily chart of sessions and orders, and two CSV downloads: By agent and Every agent event.

Agent Adapt keeps events for 90 days, so that’s as far back as insights go.
